Mandala Madness Part 2
Mandala Madness Part 2
WOW, thank you all so much for your positive and enthusiastic response to part 1 🙂
I am blown away by the gorgeous colour combinations, and the beautiful photos….. keep sharing…and apologies if I missed anyone.
And another thank you to all the admin team of the Official CCC group for the awesome job they do. ♥
This week has you all turning into beautiful stars, so let your creativity twinkle and sparkle.
And don’t forget to share your work with us all, especially on facebook where there is an amazing amount of help waiting for any of you who get a little stuck.
The triple clusters in this part remind me of a Fleur De Lys, which is a stylized lily that is centuries old, it is one of my favourite ways of using clusters.
♥ We will be working with clusters this week, you can find a link to my turorial HERE.
♥ This week there are more folding single crochets, if you are still finding them a bit tricky, please have a look at this video tutorial, or check out Esther’s video.
♥ Also this week we will be moving up in rounds, using the same colour, for those of you wanting to learn about starting stitches, instead of using a ch-3 [counts as dc], please have a look at the tutorial.
♥ With rounds 20 and 21 we start to come across those hidden…or sneaky stitches, as I call them, here is a great tutorial by Dedri Uys all about that Elusive Hidden Stitch.
♥ If you haven’t read the introduction post, then please find it here. You will find all the information on Yarn Packs, how much yarn you will need, hook sizes, the finished size of your blanket and all the resources available.
