Dawn is the latest addition to my collection of large afghan squares.
This square can be used as a cushion facing, or matches perfectly with all of my other squares for you to create a beautiful and unique blanket or throw. Dawn can also be enlarged to blanket size by using the Continuum blanket pattern.
Yarn Recommendations – Stylecraft Cotton Classique or similar Double knitting yarn – 4mm G hook
Total yarn used: 508m/552yds Finished size: 50 cm/20 inches
Should you choose to use a thicker yarn, and larger hook, your project will of course be larger in size, and you will need more yarn.

Some good and bad news…
Stylecraft are discontinuing Classique DK cotton yarn so colours are limited at this time.
BUT…. they will be launching an amazing new organic cotton yarn in the autumn.
So this is a great time to use up your stash and make some beautiful cushions for your own home, or to gift to friends and family.
