Working with two colours

There are many techniques that use more than one colour yarn while crocheting.

Mochilla is a great example. This technique is used to make bags, and is great fun. Here is a bag I made.

A few of my designs have two colours worked together.

Cornish Comfort has a simple two colour round.

The famous “round that shall not be named” in Mandala Madness, Round 66 involves changing colour with each stitch.

The most helpful hints I can give you when working with two colours is always gently pull on the carried yarn before you complete the stitch with it.
And always pick up the new colour yarn from the back of your work.

This short video tutorial shows you how to work with 2 colours.
