Many years ago, when I started my spiritual journey, I learned that life was so much easier and more fruitful when I practised an attitude of gratitude.

Having an attitude of gratitude is important because it shifts your focus from yourself to appreciating someone else or something else.
An attitude of gratitude means making it a conscious habit to express thankfulness and appreciation for every part of your life.
It means living a more selfless life, losing any sense of entitlement, having more compassion for others, and having more awareness of your own purpose.
Let others know how much you appreciate them and all they do for you.
And finally, let go of all negativity.
That’s the tricky bit! letting go of anything negative is about having compassion for yourself but also being thankful for lessons learned from negative experiences.

I would like to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for supporting me as a designer and helping me to achieve my dreams in helping others to learn and create from the heart.

Gratitude is a beautifully textured blanket, using some of my favourite stitches and stitch combinations and a few new ones.
The photo tutorial gives you step-by-step photos so that you can clearly see what each round and repeat should look like. Plus if you are a more visual person or a beginner to crochet there are also video tutorials in US terms that take you through step by step, with lots of handy hints and tips for working the special stitches.

You will find the colours per round pdf in the Yarn Pack section below.

For Double Knit yarn with a 4mm G hook you will need a total of approx. 4425 meters / 4830 yards of yarn depending on the number of colours you use.

Should you wish to use an Aran/ Worsted weight yarn and a 5 mm H hook you will need approx. 25% more yarn.
