Sacred Space Part 2

♥ Welcome to Part 2 of the Sacred Space crochet along.♥

A sacred space is a place of peace and tranquillity, somewhere to let the cares and worries of the day simply fade away.

As you begin to make part 2 allow your mind to become still, take a deep breath and allow your mind to focus on the joy of each stitch you make.

After all the crazy excitement of last week and the release of part 1 now is the time to relax and enjoy the journey at your own pace.

I am blown away by all the beautiful work you are producing, I am so proud of all the beginners who are joining us on this journey, you are an inspiration to anyone who wants to learn and gain more experience.

VERY IMPORTANT

♥ Please make sure you take your time to place your marker in the correct stitch before you start round 33.

♥ It is essential to get the placement correct so that the central part of your Sacred Space is lined up correctly.

♥ A little saying, I always used with my students in the past is “failing to prepare is preparing to fail” take your time with rounds 33 and 34 and the rest will be a breeze.

A Little Reminder

You can find all the information to join in with this crochet along in the Intro Post.

Colours per round for the yarn packs are in part 1.

♥ Use stitch markers, they are your friend, and will keep you on the right path.

♥ Check your stitch count after every repeat, it is essential to the shape of this design, and will save having to rip/frog your work.
The only frogs we want are the kind that turn into a Prince!

♥ Make sure you download the correct terminology for you. There are both US and UK pdf’s, in both photo tutorial or written only patterns.
